• Full payment must be made before any puppy is released or scheduled for delivery.

• We accept secure payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or third-party processors (as listed on the website).

• All deposits placed to reserve a puppy are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Prices are listed in USD and subject to change without notice. Once a deposit is made, the price is locked in for that specific puppy.

3. 📦 Shipping & Delivery

• We offer safe and professional nationwide delivery within the United States.

• Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and logistics and are discussed prior to scheduling.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, transport partners, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. 🩺 Health Guarantee

Every Cavapoo puppy is:

• Vet-checked, vaccinated, dewormed, and comes with a 1-Year Health Guarantee against serious genetic or congenital conditions

• Accompanied by a health certificate from a licensed veterinarian

• Covered under specific terms outlined in our Health Guarantee page

Buyers must have their puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery to validate the health guarantee.

5. 🔄 Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of live animals, we have a strict but fair Refund & Return Policy.
Refunds are only available in specific cases such as serious health conditions confirmed by a licensed vet within the guarantee period.

• Health issues that arise after the 72-hour initial vet exam
