While we strive to ensure every family is perfectly matched with the right puppy, we understand that life can sometimes take unexpected turns. Our policy is designed to protect both our customers and our puppies.

📦 Return Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of placing a live animal, we do not accept returns once a puppy has been delivered or picked up. Removing a puppy from its environment and then rehoming it again can cause serious emotional and physical stress.

However, in rare and specific circumstances, we may accept a return or rehoming assistance under the following conditions:

• The request is made within 3 days of delivery

• The puppy is in good health, as confirmed by a licensed veterinarian

• The buyer agrees to cover all return transportation and care costs

• The return is not due to negligence, harm, or improper treatment

Please note: Any puppy returned will not result in a refund unless specified by our team in writing.

💰 Refund Policy

We offer limited refunds under the following circumstances:

1. Health Guarantee Refund

All our puppies are backed by a comprehensive 1-Year Health Guarantee against genetic or congenital conditions. If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses your puppy with a life-threatening genetic defect within 12 months of purchase, we offer the following options:

• A full or partial refund (at our discretion)
  OR

• A replacement puppy of equal value, when available

Documentation Required:

• A detailed written diagnosis from a licensed veterinarian

• Supporting lab results or imaging reports (if applicable)

2. Deposit Refunds

All deposits made to reserve a puppy are non-refundable unless:

• The chosen puppy becomes unavailable due to health or breeder-related issues

• We are unable to fulfill your reservation within the agreed timeframe

In such cases, you may choose between:

• A full refund of your deposit, or

• Transferring your deposit to another available puppy

📋 Important Notes

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval and confirmation

• No refunds will be issued for buyers who fail to:

  • Be available for pickup or delivery

  • Provide a safe environment for the puppy

  • Follow our health guarantee process properly

• We do not refund for issues outside of our control, such as:

  • Allergies

  • Landlord or HOA restrictions

  • Change of heart or lifestyle change
